Vitamin C tamatar, hari mirch, lemoon, palak, phool gobhi, moli, aalo, band gobhi, sabz payaz, kinno, malta, chakotra aur aam mein kafi miqdar mein paya jata hai is liye in sabziyon aur phalon ko ghiza mein lazmi shamil karen.

Foulad aur vitamin C ke ilawa deegar ghizayi ajza bhi bohat ehmiyat rakhty hai. Is liye balooghat ko pohnchany wali larkiyon ko apni ghizai zaroraiyat ka khas khayal rakhna chahiye.
