Khawateen Mein Osteoporosis ki Bimari

Dosto! Sehat mand haddiyan zindagi ko mutaharak rakhny ke liye zaroori hain. Hamari hadiyan Calcium aur Phosphorus se bani hain aur ye jism ko saakht, sahara aur tahafuz faraham karti hain. Lekin osteoporosis jesi khatarnak beemari hadiyon ko kamzore banati hai. Ayein is beemari ke baray mein jantay hein.

Osteoporosis haddiyon ke bhurbhuray pan ki bimari hai jis mein haddiyan kamzor ho jati hain.   1. Apni khurak mein Protein, Calcium aur vitamin D ko shamil karein kyon ke yeh haddiyon ke liye zindagi hain. Protein aap doodh, gosht, andon aur dalon se hasil ker sakte hain. Jab ke Calcium dairy products, haray patton wali sabziyon aur citrus fruits se hasil ki ja sakte hai. Aur Vitamin D, dhoop, ghee aur machli mein wafir miqdar mei mojood hoti hai.
  2. Warzish haddiyon ko mazboot banati hai lehaza walk, jogging, seeriyan charnay aur rassi kodnay ko apna mamool bnaien. Osteoporosis ka koi mustaqil ilaj nahi. Iski alamaat ko sirf ehtiati tadabeer aur khorak ke zariye kam kiya ja sakta hai. Lehaza meri batai hue ehtiati tadabeer per amal karein aur doctor se bhi mashwara karain.
